Health is a state of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing, not only the absence of disease. I aim to support you in finding your optimal health and take all those aspects into account when looking at health and disease.

In clinical practice, I am looking to provide a greater understanding of what is going on inside your body, as well as providing sustainable tools and resources to incorporate into your daily health routine to reach the goals that we establish together. My goal is to make sure that you are educated so that you can make your own informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.

I truly believe in everything in moderation and I prefer to add more of the good stuff instead of promoting severely restrictive diets.
